SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

We currently ship with the courier service SF express to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.

The delivery fee for shipments to these destinations is:

Hong Kong: Free shipment with the purchase of the feat.MASK. If you only purchase the filter a shipping fee of 30HKD is due.
Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and South Korea: 150 HKD*
Taiwan: 70 HKD*
Japan:  200HKD*

Please note: The product prices displayed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and are exclusive of all taxes and duties. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.  

All received orders will be processed within 2 working days (excluding orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and you will be notified by email with the tracking number when your ordered products are handed to the courier.  

The regular transit time for international shipments is 2-3 days but you may experience some delays due to the impact of COVID19.

Refund Policy

a. Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders due to hygienical reasons.

b. You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery or collection (as the case may be). If it is the case, please contact our Customer Service Department our store staff.

c. If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, we will refund your payment.

d. Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt should be produced to us before product exchange is accepted.

e. We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of damage to its appearance or missing accessories once the delivery has been signed for. If any applicable gifts with purchase are damaged, we will replace them as soon as possible.

f. In the event that you find the size of the ordered product does not fit your requirement,

i. if it is before delivery, Featuring may at its discretion change the product model for you;

ii. if it is after delivery (and the package is unopened), subject to a payment by you of the price difference between the original and replacement products and a handling fee, being 30% of the original product’s purchase price, Featuring may at its discretion arrange a change of product model or product brand for you;

iii. if it is after delivery and the package of the product is opened, no replacement arrangements will be made.

g. Packing (including the recycling label where applicable), accessories should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.

h. The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.

i. All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
